Shouid it be Returned to Germany? (Eeceivel 13, 8.45 a.m.) CAPETOWN, Oct. 9. A message from Klerksdorp statcs that Mr. Malan, the Leader of the Opposition, endorsed a resolution at the Nationalist Congress to-day suggesting a discussion, through the League, with Italy and Germany with a view to solving the colony question. Mr. Malan said that a serious racial problem would be _ crcated if SouthWcst Africa wero returned to Germany.
