ACTRESS'S DIVORCE SUIT

A message from the North American Newspaper Alliauce correspondent at Hollywood implies that Miss Jocelyn Howarth 's, the Australian actress's, divorce suit only remains to be filed. The message says that George Brent, whose recent application to have his Moxican marriage with Miss Howarth declared void failed, will not contest the suit if Miss Howarth is re&sonable aboqt the property settleoient.
