The Dominion xepresentativps won three out of the four twoball matches, while the honours were even in the two fourball games. Anstralia thus loses the cup which they previously held. The weather wds perfect, brilliant sunshine with just a slight tempering breeze, favouring good play and brought supporters out in strong force to witness the contest. At the commencement of play at 10 o'clock fully 200 spectators followed the two games and the numbers swelled to double that by the time the games reached the turn. In the afternoon fully 600 speo' tators of both eexes witnessed the play.
