SIR JOHN HIGGINS
(Beceived 7, 10.40 a.m.) MELBOUENE, Oct. 7. The death has occurred of Sir John Higgins, aged 79, a former chairman of the British and Australian WoolRealisation Association and a local director of the Bank of New Zealand.
