PIRATES FOOTBALL CLUB
The Pirates Football Club held a very suceessful and enjoyable social evenhm in the Oddfellows7 Hall, Napier, when life members' badges were presented to the following by Mr N. McKenzie: Messrs W. Corbett, L. Dine, Wr Forrest, R. Fullarton, B. Tweedie and J. Laws. Trophies were presented as follows:— Jubilee Cup.--G. Christie. Southerwood trophy, for best allround senior. — D. Dowrick. Albion Hotel trophy, for most improved thiro grade player. — E. G. Stanford. Cox apd Co trophies. — Most improved fourth grade back. J. Hamraond; most improved fourth grade forward, G. Coldicutt. Seven-a-side cups. — McNiven. Mason, Hammond, Dowrick, Boardman, ClijistU *nd Poot.
