The following message has been received by Miss Ruth Herrick, Chief Gommissioner of Girl Guides in New Zealand, from Ruckingham Palace, and is reproduced in "Te Rama," the Glrl Guides' official journal: — My dear Chief Commissioner, — The King and Queen have recoived with muchnpleasure the address which the - Girl Guides of New Zealand have sent to Their Majesties on .the occasion of their Cdronation. Their Majesties greatly admired the decoratibn of this interesting address, and sincerely thank all the Guides for their loyal message and good wish-es', which they much appreciate. I am also to request you to convey to tliose Guides who carried the address round the Dominion Their Majesties' hearty congratulations on the manner in which they performed their task and on their success in overcoming the difficulties attending it.
