(Reeeived 5, 9.45 a.ra.) BERLIN, Oct. 4. The Ministry of Propaganda 3ays that the announcement from Paris was the iirst it had heard of the Duke of Windsor 's proposal to visit Gernmny. It was strange that it had not been told, but doubtless it would be a private visit. It was impossible to state whether the Fuhrer would reeeive the Duke.
