Herr Hitler, however, has been ooncommittal, they declare. He is still hoping to improve relations with Britain and. has advised Italy to negotiate with Britain. According to the News Review, Dord Rothermere, the newspaper proprietor, has circulated among leading British politicians a letter in which Herr Hitler says: "AU hope of the future is ' dcad, so far as the human eye ean aee, unless it comes frpm, Britain and Germany.,> _
