INSURGENTS WOULD AGREE
(Eeceived 4, 10.40 a.m.) GIBEALTAE, Oct. 8. General de Llano, in a broadcaat, declared that the insurgents would agree to the withdrawal of foreigners from Spain if they were assured that this would be earried out impartialjy and would include members of the International Brigade.
