'Horror and Detestation" (Eeceived 4, 11.50 a.m.) LONDON, Oct. 3. The Labour Party executive at Bournemouth has prepared a motion for Major Attlee to table at the annual conference on October 4, The motion views the Japanese massacres -with horror and detestation and welcomes the deinand for the early meeting of Parliament to discuss the Sino-Japnn ese situation. It calls on the Govcrnment to prohibit loans and the sale of war mateiial to Japan and to co-oper-ate with tlie League and the United States to exercise econonii^prcssurc on Japan. '
