Sinking of Junks "REPORTS EXAGGERATED" (Received 2, 8.45 a.m.) TOKIO, Oot. 2. The naval spokesman declares that the reports of the sinking of Chinese jtuiks are exaggerated, but he admits four instances of Japanese warships encountering junks and "taking appropriate measures." Some of the junks, which were of 500 tons, earried armaments, including guns- of varied calibres, machine-guns and thousauds of rounds of ainmunition.
