LIMBS FROZEN
Man Suspended Kine Days Over Precipice (Received 4, 8.45 a.m.) MUNICH, Oct. 2. Erwin Vuzem, a German mountaineer, was rescued in an unconscious condition by guides to-day. He had swung helpless for nine days over a precipice in the Bavarian Alps. His limbs were frozen when the rescuers reached him. Vuzem had descended , in an effort to flnd a comrade, whose body was found 600 feet below.
