AERO CLUB PRESENTATION
Mr. A. S. Erskine Honoured Mr A. S, Erskine, one of the foundation members of the Napier Acro CluD, and oue of its most popular ofiicial3, who is to be married to-day, was entertained by his fellow-members of the Aero Club at a pleasing function at the Trocadero tea-rooms, when he was presented with a handsome clock, accompanied by the good wishes of the whtle of the members. Mr E. N. H. Stewart,. patron of the club, was in charge of the arrange-ments-for the function, which consistod of cinema pietures of aviation im.erest. Later, supper was served, aud Mr Stewart, in presentiug Mr Erskine witi>. the chromium-plated clock— with the club's badge and the.date of the occasion on the face — wished the recipient hvery happihess in the future. Mr Erskine suitably responded. The president of the club, Mr Arnold Wright, and the secretary, Mr S. P. Spiller, also spokc, paying tributes to Mr Erskine 7s Reeu interest in the welfare of tlie club and his exeeljent person al cjualities. • , The singing .of "For lle's a Jolly ' Good Fellow" tenuinated a very happy evening.
