BIG DAMAGES ACTION
Film Star Claims Two Million Dollars (Eeceived 2, 8.45 a.m.) HOLLYWOOD, Oct. 1. Judith Allen, the film star, has flled a suit claiming two million dollars from Mrs Godde, a sister of Mr Dodge, the millionaire motor manufacturer. Mrs Godde intdnded marrying Jack Doyle, wko won prominence as a boxer in England, and later married Miss Allen. Miss Allen alleges that Mrs Godde "persuaded, enticed and abducted" Doyle by offering him seiP'al hundred thousand dollars, also by gifts worth many thousand dollars. Miss Allen adds that Doyle on nunxerous occasions before the intervention of Mrs Godde attempted to arrange a reconciliation with her.
