REFUGEES TO LEAVE FRANCE

LONDON, Sept. SO. A message from Bayonne says that M. Dermoy, the French Minister of the interior, announces that the Spanish Government has been informed that France cannot, in the present state of her finaiices, continue to harbour rerugees at her own expense. Fifty-five thousand refugees will be repatriated, as their keep is costing France £6950 daily. The Spanish Minister has agreed tliat there is no otlier alternative. The refugees will be allowed to choose insurgent or Government territorj.
