Board's Discussion With Dr. Watt STATEMENT IN FEW DAYS The memb^rs bf the Hawke 's Bay Hbspital Board conferred with Dr. M. H. Watt, Director-General of Health, in Napier last evening to discuss the Department's comment on the repoft of the Royal Commission which inquired into the administration of the Napier Hospital and other matters relating to that institution. A public statement as to the outcome of the conference will be made by the chairman, Mr C. Laasen, within a few days. "There is nothing to report at the moment, but a statement is being prepared for p'ublieation within a few days," said Mr Lassen when questioned as to the outcom0 of the conference and what deeisions had been arrived at by the board. "The conference was a very satisfactory one, and mhny important aspects wer0 'fully dlscussed with Dr. Watt."
