English Eight May Participate (Received 28, 12.35 p.tn.) LONDON, Sept. 27. Owing to the enthusiasm of Sir James Leichwood, chairman of the Empiye Games Committee, who is visiting Australia in connection with the sesquicentenary, there is every hope of a representative English eight participating in the Empire Games regatta, The British Amateur Boxing Assn. has decjded to ?eml a full Foglish team to tbe Fmpire Games at Sydney. Scotland will send a flyweight and bantamweight and Waies a middlew eight.
