WAIPUKURAU, Last Nigtht. Sunday marked the diamond jubile3 of St. Mary's Anglican Churcli, Waipukurau. Thanksgiving was the keynoto of the inorning service, conducted by the Bishop of Waiapu, tho Rt. Rev. H. Williams, who pointed out that, though science had made wcnderful progress in the past 50 years people should not imagino that they couid get along without Divine aid. The evening service was conducted bv tlie Ven. Archdeacon K. E. Maclean. Canon E D.
