DEATH SENTENCE
Russian Grain-Supply Officials (Received 27, 10.20 a.m.) MOSCOW, Sept 26. The Municipal Court sentenced to death the Director of Grain Supply and four others, all Tsarist officcrs, for spoiling 138,000 tons of gain by infectiug granaries with barn pests. Four other cmployees of tho Grain Commission wero sontenced to eight to ten years' imprisonment. Every onc pleaded guiity.
