Bomb Fragments in Embassy (Eeceived 27, 8.45 a.m.) TOKIO, Sopt. 26. The British Ambassador to-day presented a second protest against thr bombing of Nanlung and Canton. The Ambassador drew attention to the fact that bomh frngments fell in the Embassy on September 22. The deputy-Forrign Minister to-day emphafiised that adrlitional precautioriH were being taki to protect foreigners and non-combatants.
