BRITISH FLYING-BOATS AT ARZEU

(Received 25, 1.30 p.m.) RUGBY, Sept. 24. Four of tlie five Singapore Class III flying-boats, in the No. 210 squadron of the Royal Air Force, which are taking part in the anti-piracy patrol are now at Arzeu, near Oran, which they are using as their base where moorings have been providcd by the Freuch authorities.
