PORANGAHAU, Last Night. At the annual meeting of the Porangahou Tennis Club, presided over by Mr Lancaster, the followiiig officers were elected: — Patroness, Airs T. Hohson; president, Mr H. E. Wall; vice-presi-dent, Mr Lancaster; captain, Mr R. Willis ; vice-captain, Mr W. Rickey ; committee, Messrs Douglas, Hobson, Petua, Stringer and Turnbull ; secretary and treasurer, Miss E. Douglas ; ladies I committee, Mesdames Douglas, Hobson, Lancaster, Misses Fryer, Ross, Tracey, and Will. It was decided to have a hard court I m place of tlie lawn one. The men's subscription was raised to £1 and the ladies' left at 10/-. Votes of tlnanks for services rendered were passed to Mr Douglas, Mr Rickey, Miss Douglas, Miss Traey, Mr Lancaster and Mr Wall.
