Mysterious Disappearance at Paris
NOTE MENTiONS RENDEZVOUS (Eeceived 24, 8.45 a.m.) 3 PARIS, Sept. 23. General Mill-n\ head of the White Eussian ex-serviee officers — he succeeded General Kontepoff, who mysteriously disappeared in 1931 — is missing from his home. General Miller's colleague, General Skobline, has also disappeared. General Miller left the following note: "I have a rendezvous with General Skobline to meet a German Military Attache. Skobline is supposed to have arranged the meeting, which, perhaps ,is a trap. Therefore, I leave this note," General Skobline, before his disappearance, said that he knew nothing of such a rendezvous. The possibility that General Miller was kidnapped and smuggled aboard a Soviet ship going to Leningrad is given prominence. Following information received by the Surete Nation ale, inspectors are going to Havre to search the steamer Maryo Ulyaaova, which left suddenly for Leningrad. Geiieral Skobline's wife also is miss-
