WELLINGTON, This Day. The following cablegram has' been receiped from Nanking by the Chinese Consul: — "The Chinese Communist Party has issued a manifesto containing the following four points:— "(1) Kealising that Sun Yat Sen's three principles of the people are iudispensable to the reconstruction China, the party now pledges itself to exert its utmost ett'orts. for the coraplete realisation of these principles. . "(2) The party lias decided to abandon all measures aimed at 4:he overtlirow of the Kuomintang Government by force, the propagation of Commu- ! inst doctrines and ihe policy of foreible appropriation of land. "(3) The party has dcid^d to dissolve the Government of the Sovlet Republic of China and support a democratic form of government with a view to unifying the administrative authority of China. ' ' (4) The party has decided to abolish the Eed Army and reorganise its forces as a nationalist revolutionary army to be placed under the command of the Military Affairs Commission of the JMational Government. Tho new army is ready to take part in the front lino and in dutie,s of national defence under the direction of the eommisrion. ' '
