(Received 23, 1U.4U a.m.j LONDON, Sept. 22. The Geneva correspondent of the Daily Herald declares that Germany is sending quantities of munitions to China, and will send more. It is stated that Germany is diplomatically working to convince Marslial hiang Kai-shek that sho is China 's firinest friend in the hour of need. The German idea was that J apan ' should oppose the Russian pcnctration into China, but not attempt to conquer China and liquidate her interests there. Germany, therefore, is trying to deraonstrate to Cliiang Kai-shek that he cannot expect help from the democracies and from Russia, but only from Germany.
