A general meeting of the Hawke's Bay branch of the Natidnal Beekeepers' Association will be held at 7.30 p.m. on Thursday in the Chaniber of Commerce rooms, Hastings. Tenders wil] be received by the seeretary of the Education Board, Napier, up till noon on Tuesday, October 5, for the erection of a teacfier's residence at the Ormondville School. Plans and specitications may bo seen at the Education Ollicc, Nalder, or at Messrs yuigley and AUen, Dannerirke. ,
