COSY THEATRE

TWO BIG FEATURES. Tapping again that vast reservoir of cxcitement, romance and gallant action by adventurous pioneers which lies in tho history of America's border States, Warner Bros. have turned this time to New Mexico in its pioneer days for one. of those thrilling melodramas they madh so well — "Land Beyond the Law," starring Dick Foran, which is to screen at the Cosy Theatre for the last time to-night. Also on the programme is "As Good as Married," starring Doris Nolan and John Boles. Lionel Barrymore, always master of the character analysis in a screen portrayal, again touches the heart in his latest role as a fearless old country judge in "A Family Afiair." This is the picture which opens at the Gosy Theatre to-morrow with « a strong supporting cast. 1 Cecilia Parker and Eric Linden provide the young romance. Others in the cast are Julie Haydon, Miclcey Rooney, Spring Byington, Charley Grapewin, and Sara Haden. George Seitz was tlie director. "A Family Alfair" is the graphic story of any small American town with its loves and its hatreds, its bitter animosities and strong friendsliips. All the ckaracters and circumstances are there. When the family is caught in the sliadow of grief and shame, it is the old judge who saves his daughter from marital disaster and restores liiinself in the eye» of his fellows by proving liis decision.
