Work at Gibraltar (Eeceived 20, 8.45 a m.) GIBEALTAE, Sept. 18. The authorities have ordered the evacuation of all factories situated between the fortress and neutral ground, within three months. This area is being cieared to enable construction of the projected seaplanc base and aerodrome.
