TWENTY-FIRST BIRTHDAY PARTY HELD AT OTANE

Mrs Mason, of Millar street, Otane, entertadned a number of friends at her residence in honour of the twentyfirst birthday of her only son Ralph, on Saturday evening. A happy and jolly time was spent with 'games, musical items and competitions, after which all sat down to supper at which pride of place was allotted to a beautiful birthday cake, adorned with 21 candles, which was cufc ,by the guest of honour. Mr A. Sudfeld proposed the toast of Mr Ralph Mason and extended to him the good wishes of his many friends Mr Mason, -vrho wast accorded musical honours, thanked the guests for their kind wishes and for making the evening such a happy and enjoyable one.
