GOODMAN—HUGHES

A young couple who will spena their honeymoon in Hastings and Napier and who will ai'terwards inake their home in Te llehunga, were married in Dannevirke last week.. The bride was Veronica Auzac, only daughter of Mr and Mrs J. Hughes, Auckland, who was married to King Goodman, second son of Mr and Mrs M. Goodman, Dannevirke. Mr Colin Walker, of Te llehunga o£ficiated as best man, Miss Florrie Goodmanj of Dannevirke, sister of the bridegroom, was bridesmaid, and Miss Margaret Smith, of Dannevirke, attended the bride as flower-girl. After the ceremony a reeeption was lield at which Mrs W. G. Walker, of Te llehunga, acted as hostess. 3\lr and Mrs Goodman later left for Hastings and Napier on their honeymoon, the bride travelling in a navy tailored costume with accessories to tono.
