H.B. WOODFORD OLD GIRLS HOLD ANNUAL MEETING
Tbe annual mecting of tbe Hawke's Bay brancb of tbe Woodford House Old Girls ' Asso'ciation was held in • tbe Hawke's Bay Farmers' tea-rooms yesterday afternoon. wben tbe as^ociation president, Mrs Neil Campbell, presided. Several items of business were discussed, and following tbis tlie election of oilicers took placc^ tbis resulting as follows: — President, Mrs Neil Campbell; vice-president, Mrs T. Hope (botb rceleeted); secrctary and treasurer, Miss Ruth SmaJl; committoe, blesdames E. Sunderland, E. Groome, J. Cb^mbers, P. Barker, Misses Mary Ivelly, Gwen Pryer and Cbristina Williams. As tbe auditor, Mr J. B. Wilson, did not scek re-elcclion, it was dccided to liave tlie association books audited by tbe samo firm as audits tbe Woodford IIouso books, Messrs McCullocb^ Butler and Spencc. A very sincere vote of tbanks to Mr Wilson for liis interest and belp since the formation of tbe association was passed. Tlie programme for tlie annual reunion week-end from October 22 to October 24 was discussed and promiscs to be a most intercstmg ono, many members undertakhig to assist witb tlie arrangemcn ts. Before tho mecting closed Mrs .T. Cliambers expressed the gratitude which all tlie nicnibors of the association felt for tlie wonderful work donc by tlie secretary, Mrs G. D.
