FEILDING, This Day. At a meeting of the committee of the Feilding Jockey Club last night, Mr W P. Russell, of Palmerston North, was appointed handicapper, vice Mr J. E. Henrys, and Mr D. J. Guiney, of Wellington, was appointcd judge.
