Accident at Military Parade HUNDREDS INJURED

(Received 17, 10.40 a.m.) COLOGNE, Sept. 16. A grandstand on which 5000 people, including higih-placed diplomats. wero watching a military parade crampled without warning. Many of those injured suffered broken legs and arms. The parade was suspended, the troops assisting in rescuing the victims. Hundreds are reported to have been injured, includinoj the Belgian ConsulGeneral, who suffered a broken leg, and other important officials and diplomats, The crash occurred when the spectators, after rising in unison to salute a passing detacliment, sat down simultaneously. There is official cen^orship, and the public has not been informed of the extont of the accident and those injured.
