CURIOUS DAMAGES AWARD
Man Who Was Tarred & Feathered Sues Belfast Corporation (Kcceived 17, 8.45 a.m.) BELFAST, Sept. 16. A nian who was shot in the haud at his front door at midiiight by an um known person sued the City Corporation for malicious injuries and wafc! awarded £60 by tho Rccorder. Another man who was larried and feathered and chained to a laxnp-post was awarded £S; wliile a tliird, who was attacked in the street, was aivarded £10.
