Waikato Stock Firm's Business . Improves

AUCKLAND, This Day. A record resulfc is shown by the annual accounts of the Fanners' Cooperative Auctioneering Company which operates througliout the Waikato, Hiug Country aud tho Bay of Plonty from headquarters in Hamilton. For the year ended July 31, turuover was £2,400,000, gross prolits £171,777 and net profits £60,598. The figures are all the highest in the company 's 30 ycars' existence. The balance sheet reveals an exceptionally strong financial position. Paidup capital is £479,953, against assets totalling £594,574, wliile total outside liabilities are £40,140. The directors recommend raising the dividcnd on ordinary sliares frooi 4$ to 6 per cent. During tho year the company transferred its Auckland branch to new premises in Customs Street and established a new store at Te Aroha.
