Sir,— Would Mr Kay explain the moral difference in the respective positions as regards transport of j those workers who, domiciled in Hastings, travel daily to employment in Napier at their own expehce and the Te Mata workers who could arrango transport, but, awards notwithstanding, prefer somebody else to pay the cost of same? — Yours, etc. "PERPLEXED."
