ELECTION DATE FIXED
Federal Parliament (Eeceived 15, 8.45 a.m.) CANBEEEA, Sept. 14. The Prime Minister, the Et. Hon. J. A. Lyons, announced to-day that the Pederal elections had been fixed for October 23. Nominations will close on October 2. Parliament will be dissolved next Friday.
