Big Soviet Demonstration Against Italy "PIRATE MONSTERS^

(Eeceived 14, 8.45 a.m.) MOSCOW, Sept. 13. A mass agitation against Italy oeeurred to-day. It was the first for 11 years. The Soviet dictator, M. Sbalin, the Bresident of the Central Executive Comlnittee, M. I. Kalinin, tho Premier, M. Molotov ,and tho Ministor for luternal Affairs, M. Yezliow, took the salute from moro than 500,000 demonstrators, who carried caricatures of pirate monsters in the likeness of Signor Mussolini. The Soviet is reported to be disappointed at the results achieved by M. Litvinoff, Minister of Foreign Affairs, at tho conference dealing with piracy in the Mediterranean. The Press proclaims the Soviet 's intention of "taking its own measures against the Italian Pirates."
