Mount Bagna Quiescent (Received 11, 10*45 a.m.) RABAUL, Sept. 10. (Jfficers and passengers of the steamer Malaita, which passed near Mount Bagna on Wednesday, stated that they saw uo signs of anytking unusual and declared that reports emanating from Australia of a serious eruptiou appeared to be exaggerated.
