ACTOR ARRESTED
Took Photos of G. B. Shaw's "Apple-Cart" (Received 11, 1.20 p.m.) MOSCOW, Sept. 10. John Kirk, the English amateur actor and play wright, was arrested and questioned for three hours for photographing the production of Bernard Shaw's "Apple-Cart" at a dramatic festival. He alleges that he was detained in an office and was under a barrag© of questions from a score of policemen.
