Launch Stolen The Jaunch Rainbow was removed from the boat harbour at Wellington and the engiine stolen, the hull being found in a water-logged condition outside To Aro baths ou Wedncsday morning. Three lioles had been bored in the bottom, apparently with the iutention of scuttling her, but she lloated despite the water inside her. Scow Sheltering Refei'ence to a1 report from Gisborne that concern was felt for the safety of the auxiliary scow Ngahau which had left Gisborne towing a heavy timber beam and liad (not arrived at Tokomaru Bay, the owners of tho vessol in Auckland received a telegrain stating that tlie Ngahau was slieltering in Tolaga Bay> where a heavy aiirge was runniqjj.
