(Received 7, 12.45 a.m.) • IJUGBY, Sept. 6. The Rrime Minister left North Scotland this afternoon and will arrive in London to-morrow morning. He will preside over a Cabinet meeting ouWednesday. Mr Chamberlain plaus to return to Scotland as soon as necessary business permits him, (o conrplete his holiday, which is due to end on September 18.
