Head-on Collision With Car

AUCKLAND, Last Night. A head-on collision between a motorcycle and a motor-car on the Great South road at Wiri this morning resulted in the rider of the cycle receiving injuries from which he died shortly after. The victim was: JOHN KXMBER, aged 18, motor driver, of Auckland. The cycle was being ridden southward and came into collision with a car proceeding in the other direction, which was driven by Philip Pile, of Hamilton. The cycle and rider were pinned under the front axle of the car.
