SPORT AFFECTED BY RAIN

m Only One Junior Rugby Match The unfavourable weather affected the sporting attractions arranged in Hastings and Napier this afternoon. With the exception of one game at Napier, all -Rugby football games were postponed. The exception was the junior game between Gisborne High School Old Boys and Pirates. The Napier Soccer Football Assoeiation decided to postpone lower grade games set down for the afternoon at Nelson Park, Napier, but as soveral Gisborne teams had arrived it was decided that sueh matches as tliey were concerned in should be plaved as usual.
