AUCKLAND, Last Night. Six weeks ' imprisonment was the sentence passed by Mr. T. Orr Walker, SM., in the Police Court on the first person prosecuted iu Auckland with committing sustenance frauds after May 28 when the Court issued a warning that future offenders would receive a more severe penalty than fines whieh had been imposed for offences up to that time.
