WAIPUKURAU, Last Night. Eine, though dull, weather preVailed for the second day of the " Central Hawke's Bay naen,'ti golf tournament, which opened on the Maharakeke links yesterday. The course is in splendid order and tKe greens, which have been somewhat dead after the heavy rain, are improving.
