Further Adjustment by lloyds
(Received 3, 1.45 p.m.) RUGBY, Sept. 2. The joint war-risk rating coxnmittee of the company and Lloyds underwriters aunounco further clxanges in the schedulo of Eastern war-risk xates. The rate for cargo bound to or from Japan is now 2/6 per cent., including liinited sliore risk. Previously the rate was 2/6 per cent. while goods were on board or 5/- including limited shore risk. Anotber feature of the new schedule is that shipments of arms and munitions to Chineso and Japanese ports are now oxcluded, as well as shipments by vessels under the Chinese and Japanese flags. The* rates iil such cases are left to the discretion of the underwriters.
