. Two Cases in Blenheim

BLENHEIM, Last Night. The second case of infantile paralysis within a fortnight from the Mahakipawa district was admitted to the Wairau Hospital last evening. The patient is a girl of 2$ years. The case has been diagnosed as posilive, but the paralysis so far ie not serious. The Minister of Education, the Hon. P. Fraser, who arrived this morning by air to open a new Blenheim primary scliool, after conferring with tho chairman of the Wellington Education Board, who is also here, aunounced that the Maliakipawa School would not reopen after the holidays in the meautime.
