RUGBY, Aug. 31. . A quick response is reported to tlie raising of the arniy age limit for combatant forces from 25 t.o 28 years. Within a few hours of publication of the notice a number of men presented themselves at . the central recruiting office for examination. The new regulation is :egarded as opening-up a recruiting field for 4,250,000.
