Department's Comments Received CONSIDERATION ON SEPT. J3 The opinion o£ the Health Department on the findiiigs of the Koyal CommiQsion. set up to investigate hospital administration at Napier and other matters regarding the Napier Hospital, has come to hand and will be considered at the next meeting of the Hawke's Bay Hospital Board on September 13. An annouqcbment to this effect was made by Mr C. Lassen, ehairman of the Hospital Board,- this morning. ' Tiio board has now received from the Health Department its commeht on the findings of the Commission," he said. "This report was received from the Minister of Health, the Hon, P. Fraser, and will be discussed at the nest meeting of the board. ' ' Mr Lassen intimated that he would not' be making any' statement upon the comment made by the department until the meeting Of the board. "It is essentially a matter for the board as a whole to consider," he said. "Well, you can say. that it is not of a very lengthy nature," added Mr Lassen, when further questioned regarding the report received. "You will have to be content with that for the moinent."
